Description

Ferndale House is a mid-18th century house situated in a terrace. It has a pebbledash front elevation and a tile roof, with a large stone gable stack on the left side. The house is two storeys high and has four windows, featuring 12-pane sashes in shallow reveals. On the ground floor, there are three plate glass sashes (likely originally with flush sash boxes), and a door with eight fielded panels, the top two being glazed, surmounted by a plain stone hood supported by large, decorated consoles.
