Description

A pair of cottages dating from the mid-19th century, located on Gumstool Hill in Tetbury. The cottages are constructed of coursed and snecked rubble stone with a Cotswold stone slate roof and a central stone ridge stack. They form a single range. The cottages are two storeys high, with two windows on the upper floor and one window on the ground floor of each. All windows are four-pane sashes, with cambered heads on the ground floor. A recessed doorway is located to the left, featuring an original four-panel door and a simple rectangular fanlight. The cottages are listed for their group value alongside numbers 2-28 (even) Gumstool Hill.
