Description

No. 20 Gumstool Hill is a house in a terrace, dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed of rubble stone with a concrete tile roof and features a brick stack on the right side. The building is a single range with a large rear cross gable and stands two storeys tall with an attic. On the first floor, there is a central twin casement window flanked by two small single lights, all of which are from the 20th century. The ground floor includes large double doors and a half-glazed door to the right. A large 20th-century gabled dormer with two lights is also present. This property is included for its group value with Nos. 2-28 (even) Gumstool Hill.
