Description

WINSON DITCH LANE SP 0808-0908 (east side) 9/250 Barn approximately 15m east of Fields House (previously listed as Barn opposite and East of Post Office) 23.1.52 II Barn. Early Cl9. Random rubble limestone; corrugated asbestos roof. Six-bay barn with south porch and outshuts. Central parapet gabled porch on south side; timber lintel to doorway with plank doors; circular opening in gable apex. Outshut to left with lean-to roof; segmental arched pedestrian doorway beyond. Large segmental arched barn doorway on north side with plank doors. Parapet gabled ends to barn, all with stepped bedding; loft doorway with plank doors to west end. Square barn vents; apex slits to gable ends. Interior not inspected.
