Description
This is a barn located approximately 15 meters east of Fields House, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of random rubble limestone and features a corrugated asbestos roof. The barn has six bays and includes a south porch and outshuts. The central porch on the south side has a parapet gable, a timber lintel above the doorway with plank doors, and a circular opening at the apex of the gable. To the left, there is an outshut with a lean-to roof and a segmental arched pedestrian doorway. On the north side, there is a large segmental arched barn doorway with plank doors. The barn has parapet gabled ends, all with stepped bedding, and a loft doorway with plank doors at the west end. It also features square barn vents and apex slits in the gable ends. The interior has not been inspected.
