Description

The churchyard cross, located approximately 18 meters south of the Church of St. Michael in Duntisbourne Rouse, is a medieval structure made of limestone. It features a nosing step with a square base that is moulded at the bottom and has chamfered upper corners. The octagonal shaft is square at its base and has pyramid stops, while the head is a mutilated rectangular shape. This cross is also designated as a Scheduled Ancient Monument, numbered 418.
