Description

Milestone located on the east side of the A429 in North Cerney, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is made of limestone and features a cast iron plaque. The stone has a segmental head and stands approximately 0.6 meters tall. The inscription on the milestone is in raised letters and reads 'STOW 14 / CIRENCESTER 5 / BATH 38'.
