Barn and fold yard. Late C18 - mid C19 barn and mid - late C19 fold yard. Barn: thinly-bedded random limestone with dressed stone quoins and a stone slate roof. Fold yard: coursed squared and dressed limestone with a red tile roof; original corrugated iron roof over the yard. Rectangular plan to barn with a projecting porch on the south side; lean-tos either side of porch; three-sided fold yard at the south-west corner. Barn south elevation with central gabled porch with single-storey lean-tos with single-width doorways either side. Barn north elevation: central double plank doors with single ventilation slits either side; single pitching window above each ventilation slit, further ventilation slits to the gable ends. Fold yard with open-fronted shelter shed on three sides with cast iron uprights dividing each bay; cast iron railing and gateway divides the yard into two parts; stone wall formerly with two gate-ways on the west side. Feeding passage and moulded brick feeding trough at the rear of the shelter sheds. Hipped roof to fold yard. Barn interior: 5 bays with collar and tie beam trusses and double purlins.
