Description

Brook Cottage is likely from the early 18th century and was originally two properties. It is constructed of cut and squared rubble stone with a stone slate roof featuring coped verges and modern chimneys. The windows are chamfered stone mullioned windows set in rebated surrounds. A doorway with a chamfered surround is located to the right of centre. A modern oak ledged door is present. The south-west gable features a three-light mullioned window. Modern extensions have been added to the rear and to the right side of the cottage.
