Description

Garden Cottage is a thatched cottage dating from the 17th or 18th century that has been modernised. It is two storeys high and constructed of rubble. The ground floor features small modern windows in the gable that faces the approach lane, and there is a lean-to with a porch on the right side. The cottage is set back from the road. At the rear, it has 2½ storeys with a gable-lit attic and one 'eyebrow' dormer. The fenestration is irregular, featuring modern wooden glazing bar casements.
