The ground floor features small modern windows in the gable that faces the approach lane, and there is a lean-to with a porch on the right side. The cottage is set back from the road. At the rear, it has 2½ storeys with a gable-lit attic and one 'eyebrow' dormer. The fenestration is irregular, featuring modern wooden glazing bar casements.
