Former lodge to Fairford Park. Early C19. Rubble stone with flush quoins, hipped stone slate roof, central stone ridge stack with offset. Single square range of 2 storeys with single storey C20 wing at north east angle. Three windows, pointed arches with Gothick tracery over central casement in 3-light at base. Two similar on ground floor flanking central pointed arch doorway with door of 6 flush panels. Left hand return has main entrance with chamfered flush stone pointed archway and recessed door with 6 recessed panels. Canted bay to left with chamfered jambs and 1/2/1-light iron lattice casements.
