Lodge. Circa mid C19; extended in C20. Painted brick. Thatched hipped and gabled roof with pierced wavey bargeboards, pendant and finial to gable. Painted brick axial stacks with octagonal shafts. Plan: L-shaped plan with crosswing on left and integral outshut at rear. C20 single storey extension on rear left (N) corner. Exterior: 1 storey. Asymmetrical 2-window SW front; projecting gabled wing on left with 3-light casement and 2-light casement on right both with glazing bars and central doorway with plank door and cover moulds; all in brick arch openings. Similar 3-light casement on right (SE) return. At rear roof carried down over outshut and single storey C20 extension on right. Interior: not inspected.
