Terraced house. c1830s with later alterations. Stucco over brick with slate roof, wrought- and iron verandah. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 2 first-floor windows. Horizontal rustication to ground floor. Off-centre right entrance a C20 double door. Original entrance to left a round-arched opening, now with C20 window with glazing bars. First floor has tall 6/6 sashes. Second floor has 3/3 sashes with sills; windows in plain reveals. Low parapet and copings. Right party-wall stack with cornice. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: first floor has continuous verandah with elongated scroll motif with lattice and circle bands to balustrade and double-scroll with lyre and heart motif to uprights.
