House, now offices. Early or mid C19, the ground storey rebuilt in 1920s or 1930s. Solid rendered front to upper storeys; ground storey in limestone ashlar (probably Bath stone) on a granite plinth. Slated roof. 3 storeys. 2-window range. Ground storey has panelled pilasters and entablature. 2nd-storey windows have eared architraves, friezes and cornices; 6-paned sashes. 3rd-storey windows have moulded architraves; sashes with 3 over 6 panes. Dentilled eaves cornice, the upper part probably rebuilt. INTERIOR not inspected.
