Description

No. 65 on Boutport Street is a house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the early 19th century and features solid rendered walls and a slated roof. The building has three storeys and a three-window range. The ground storey was redesigned in the late 20th century for use as a bank. The upper-storey windows, with the exception of two on the third storey, have barred sashes, with 8 over 12 panes on the second storey and 8 over 8 panes on the third storey. The building is topped with a bracketed eaves cornice. The interior has not been inspected.
