Description
No. 11 Broad Street is an end of terrace house with a later shop, likely built in the 18th century and featuring later alterations. The building is constructed from stucco and has a slate roof with a dormer. It stands three storeys tall with an attic and has two windows. The entrance is a 20th-century half-glazed doorway with an overlight. To the right, there is a wide sash display window with an exposed frame. A moulded string runs along the first floor level. The first floor has 12-pane hornless sashes with exposed frames, while the second floor features 2-light casements. The interior has not been inspected. This building is part of a group with the Royal Britannia Hotel at Nos 3 & 4 and Nos 8-12 Broad Street, as well as Nos 1 & 2 The Strand.
