Description

No. 3 Quayfield Road is a terraced house dating from the 18th century, with some alterations. It features a textured plaster render and an asbestos slated roof with red ridge tiles and a hipped dormer. The building has three storeys and an attic, with two windows and segmental-arched openings. The entrance, located to the right, has a late 20th-century panelled door. The ground floor has sash windows with exposed boxing, featuring a 12-pane design, while the first floor has 8-pane sashes. The second floor consists of casement windows. The interior has not been inspected. Nos. 2-4, which are adjacent, form a group with this property.
