Description
Mizpah is an end of terrace cottage located on Quayfield Road in Ilfracombe, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century, with some alterations. The exterior features painted stucco and an asbestos slated roof with red ridge tiles, along with a left-hand end stack. The cottage has three storeys and two windows. The entrance is adorned with a case of panelled Tuscan pilasters and a plain entablature, leading to a panelled door. Inside, there is a deep internal porch and a panelled, half-glazed inner door. To the right of the entrance is a small 6-pane window, while to the left is a 16-pane sash window with an exposed frame. The upper floors contain 4-pane sash windows, with those on the first floor also having exposed frames. The interior has not been inspected. Nos 2-4, which are consecutive, form a group with this property.
