Description

This is a house, likely dating from the early 19th century, and it was re-windowed in the mid-19th century. The front is of solid rendering, topped by a slate roof, with a rendered chimney on the right side wall. It is a two-storey building with a three-window front. The central doorway has a flat stone head supported by horizontal, moulded brackets. The door itself is fitted with a lion-head knocker, with two moulded glazed panels in the upper section, and a boarded-over lower section. The windows are sash windows with horns and margin panes. Notably, the central upper-storey window is set lower than the windows on either side, seemingly to provide light to a staircase. A moulded board runs along the eaves. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the list for its group value.
