Description
Rookabeare Cottage is a cottage from the late 18th century or early 19th century, with 20th-century alterations. It is constructed from rendered stone and cob, topped with a thatch roof featuring gable end stacks. The internal layout has been changed, resulting in a two-cell cottage. The building has two storeys and a two-window range, with two-light casements that have four panes per light. On the ground floor, there are three two-light casements with six panes per light, along with a plank door. The central bay has a lower eaves height and slightly projects forward. At the rear, there is a tiled 20th-century outshot. The interior has also been altered.
