INSTOW INSTOW SS 42 NE 3/77 Limekiln on Instow Beach circa 75 metres south-west of Instow Sailing Club House II Limekiln. C19. Stone rubble with some brick. Virtually square on plan, set diagonally into the bank with access tunnel to firing holes to 2 rear sides and segmental brick arch to front right side niche. Stone-lined well to centre.
