It dates from the 19th century and is constructed of cob on stone footings, with a brick and timber front facing away from the road on the north-east side. The building features a hipped slate roof at both ends. The front has five bays with machine sawn pine supported on brick piers. The ground floor has brick walls, a central set of double doors, and a stair door on the extreme right. The first floor is weather-boarded and includes a set of double doors for a loading bay positioned to the right of centre. This building is included for its group value.
