Description
Beaufoy House is a detached house dating from the mid 19th century. It is finished in stucco and has a gabled end slate roof with paired shaped eaves brackets. The house features a two-room plan with a central entrance hall that includes a staircase. It stands two storeys tall and has a symmetrical front with a three-window range. The first floor has 12-pane hornless sash windows with margin panes on the outer sides, and a 20th-century renewed window with glazing bars in a smaller opening between 20th-century louvred shutters. On the ground floor, there are 12-pane hornless sash windows with margin panes flanking a central porch that has a broken pediment and panelled posts. The porch also features pilasters, panelled reveals, and a panelled door with a semi-circular fanlight. The house has internal end stacks.
