Description

WILLAND WILLAND ST 01 SW 2/274 - Beaufoy House 18.6.76 GV II Detached house. Mid C19. Stuccoed, under gabled end slate roof, with paired shaped eaves bracket. 2-room plan with central entrance hall with staircase. 2-storeys. Front: symmetrical 3-window range; 12-pane hornless sashes with margin panes to outer first floor windows, with a C20 renewed window with glazing bars in smaller opening between C20 louvred shutters to 1st floor; 12-pane hornless sash windows with margin panes to either side of central porch with broken pediment and panelled posts; pilasters panelled reveals, panelled door with semi-circular fanlight. Internal end stacks.
