Description
23 Victoria Park Road is a Grade II listed building, converted from two pairs of three-storey stucco houses built in the mid-19th century. The design reflects a very late Georgian style. The ground floor features round-headed windows adorned with plaster ornamentation in the spandrels. There is an enriched cornice at the eaves. The building has two doorways, each with sidelights and fanlights, and porches that have elaborately capped Ionic columns. The two houses, which each have six windows, are connected by a three-window section, and all windows are sashes with glazing bars. The roofs are hipped and covered with slate. Numbers 1 to 23 (odd) on Victoria Park Road form a group.
