Description
Chichester Place is a Grade II* listed stucco terrace built between 1824 and 1825. It consists of three-storey houses with three windows each, featuring pediments on the central and end houses. The ground floor has a continuous portico supported by Greek Doric columns. Above, there is a balcony with various designs of cast iron balustrades. The first floor has French casements, while the other windows are sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance features two panel doors with rectangular lights above. The building is topped with a cornice, parapet, and slate roof. Chichester Place is part of a group that includes Nos 15 to 28, Nos 30 to 36, Nos 38 to 40, the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, as well as Nos 45, 46, and No 52.
