Description

25 Southernhay East is an early 19th-century, plain red brick building located at the corner of Barnfield Road. It is three stories tall and features a three-window front facing Southernhay, with three-light sash windows, some of which are partly bricked up. The sash windows have glazing bars and marginal glazing on the ground floor. There is a doorway on Barnfield Road. The building has a parapet and a hipped slate roof. It is part of a group that includes Nos 15 to 28, Nos 30 to 36, Nos 38 to 40, and the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Nos 45, 46, and No 52.
