Circa 1840. Heavitree stone front set back from the rest of the crescent, band at 1st floor level. 2 storeys, 4 windows, sashes with glazing bars. Patent stone cornice to parapet, brick reveals, roof not visible. Nos 1A and Nos 1 to 6 (consec) form a group.
