1A St Stephens Lane is a late 18th century or early 19th century building with a stucco front that is lined to resemble ashlar. The ground floor features a 20th century shop front. The building has three storeys and a two-window range, with double-hung sash windows that include glazing bars. A stone moulded cornice runs between the first and second storeys.
