Description

No. 1 St Stephens Lane is a stucco fronted building that likely dates from the 18th century but has been significantly altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. The facade is faced in stucco and has a lined appearance resembling ashlar. It features a mansard gable at the front and consists of three storeys with one window range, which contains 20th century windows. The ground storey includes a shop front from the 19th century. The roof is covered with 20th century tiles and is also mansard in style. This building is included in the listing for its group value.
