No. 28 High Street is a building from the mid to late 18th century, with fabric likely dating back to the 17th century. It has two storeys and a garret that is lit by the roof. The exterior is finished in stucco, and it features a slate roof with brick chimneys at the gable ends. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor has two square bay shop windows from the 20th century. The entrance door is located off-centre to the left.
