Description

31 and 32 High Street are probably from the mid-18th century and incorporate older materials. The building has two and a half storeys and is rendered over brick. It features four windows with glazing bar sashes set in flush moulded frames, along with two gabled dormers. The roof is covered with modern tiles, and there are brick chimneys at the gable ends. The two outer shop windows, with No 32 now being used as a domestic space, are connected by a common hood that covers both doors. The doors are half glazed and have segmental heads. This building is included for its group value.
