Late C18/early C19. 3 storeys. 2 widely spaced windows. Rubble with raised side pier strips and cill strings. Glazing bar sash windows. Shop window of 3 lights linked by simple hood to ½ glazed shop door and house door of 6 panels. Both doors have rectangular lights above with marginal glazing.

Nos 1 and lA together with Nos 8 to lo (even) and Nos 12 to 14 (consec) Holy Island form a group.
