Detached cottage (formerly known as "Haycroft Cottage"). Datestone 1785. Stone rubble. Concrete tile roof with gabled ends. Two storeys. Three window range. C20 two-light casements with glazing bars. Central doorway with plank door. Rendered chimney stack at gable end. C20 one storey flat roof extension at opposite (east) end. Interior: chamfered ceiling beams and fireplace bressummer. Included for group value.
