Description

Knightslands is a cottage dating from the early 17th century. It is constructed from colour-washed stone rubble and features a thatched roof with gabled and half-hipped ends. The building has two storeys and a three-window range, with the right-hand window being a modern extension. The windows are modern casements, and there is a left-hand modern thatched and gabled porch. A rendered chimney stack is located in the gable end. Inside, there is a stopped chamfer ceiling beam and a fireplace with a cambered chamfered timber bressummer and stone jambs.
