Description
This is an early 19th century house located on Cotmaton Road in Pauntley, set in its own grounds. The house was enlarged around 1907 and is now divided into flats. The original structure is two storeys high and has a stucco exterior. It features a low pitch hipped slate roof with wide eaves supported by brackets. The garden front retains two two-storey bows, each with one window, and a delicate wrought iron balcony between them. The windows are recessed sash windows, with tripartite arrangements on the ground floor. The entrance front has undergone some alterations to its windows and includes a Doric porch with an entablature. The western extension built in 1907 is also two storeys high and features sash windows with glazing bars, designed in a compatible style.
