Description

  1. COTMATON ROAD 1633 Pauntley SY 1187 8/22 II 2. Early C19 house in own grounds. Enlarged circa 1907 and now divided into flats. Original house 2 storeys stucco faced. Low pitch hipped slate roof, wide eaves with brackets. Garden front retains 2 two storey bows of 1 window each with bowed delicate wrought iron balcony between. Recessed sash windows, tripartite on ground. Entrance front has some alterations to fenestrations Doric porch with entablature. Western extension of 1907, also of 2 storeys, sash windows with glazing bars, compatible style.
