Description

Hills Cottage, formerly known as Cotmaton Cottage, is a thatched stucco house dating from around 1830. It is a single-storey building featuring three half dormers with 'eyebrows' above. The dormers are fitted with two-light casement windows. On the ground floor, there are French windows with pointed heads, and a tent roof verandah supported by trellis columns. The southeast front includes two ground floor bays, each with ten lights and four-centred heads, along with coved cornices. In the center, there is an enclosed porch with thin panelled Doric columns and a coved cornice.
