Description
Littlecourt Hotel is an early 19th-century, three-storey detached villa located on Seafield Road. It is finished in stucco, with the second floor likely being a later addition. The building features a low-pitched gable end slate roof. The front facade includes two large bow windows on the ground and first floors, each with two recessed sash windows that retain their glazing bars. The second floor has two two-light casement windows. A tent roof trellis balcony on the first floor follows the curve of the bows and is supported by iron brackets with a geometric pattern. There is also a later two-storey wing that includes a later 19th-century sash window and two-light casements. The hotel, along with Eglatine and Seacourt, forms a picturesque group.
