Description

This is an early to mid-19th century pair of two-storey stucco houses located on Station Road. They have a gabled slate roof with two small dormers with marginal glazing. The symmetrical front has three windows, with a recessed central window featuring an elliptical head. The windows are recessed two-light Gothic casements. A linked, two-bay porch with a tent roof and trelliswork provides access. An archway is to the left. A first-floor link with a marginal-glazed two-light casement connects the houses to "Milestones" on Station Road. Cypress Place, together with Gwydir Cottage, Cypress House, Milestones, and Town House, forms a group with Larbi Cote across Station Road.
