Description

Roseneath Spring Cottage is a semi-detached house located on Cotmaton Road, built around 1840-1850. This two-storey building features a stucco façade and a low-pitched gable end slate roof with wavy eaves. Each house has one tall recessed sash window, consisting of three panes by four panes, with the top panes being four-centred. The windows have slightly splayed reveals and block sills. The entrances are located on the side, with the entrance to Roseneath set in a lean-to bay, featuring a six-panel door that has four moulded panels and two flush panels.
