Description

The stable block of Sidmouth House, built in 1633, is a two-storey structure with a stucco exterior and a hipped slate roof. It features single-storey coach houses on either side, each topped with a parapet and coping that rises to the level of the stringcourse on the central block. The first floor includes one three-light casement window, while the ground floor has a central tall rectangular recess with a two-light casement. There are two doorways on either side, set within arched recesses, each adorned with semi-circular radial glazed fanlights.
