Description

Lower Lodge is a south lodge to the grounds of Peak House, built in the early 19th century. It is a two-storey rectangular block with a canted end, finished in rough cast. The building features a thin stucco cornice and a parapet with coping. The windows are one and two light marginal glazed "Gothic" casements set in rectangular frames. The entrance is located in the center of the canted end, consisting of a recessed door with five flush panels and a trellis porch.
