Description

There are two ranges of shippons located south of Crooks Dairy Farmhouse, likely built in the late 19th century. They are constructed from local flint rubble and feature slate roofs that are gabled at the ends. These two ranges create the south and east sides of the yard at the rear of Crooks Dairy Farmhouse. The east range includes four doorways with plank doors that have strap hinges and three unglazed slit windows. The south range has two similar doors and three slit windows, along with a small lower-roofed block situated between the ranges on the south side, which has one doorway. The interior has not been inspected. The shippons have group value with Crooks Dairy Farmhouse.
