Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century pair of buildings on the north side of High Street. They are constructed with a pebble dash finish, and are three storeys high. Each building has two sash windows with glazing bars in the upper sashes. A wooden eaves cornice runs along the top, and the roofs are slate-covered. Number 3 has an entrance on its eastern return side. Number 5 features a six-panel door set within a wooden case with pilasters, and a patterned fanlight above. Numbers 3 and 5, together with numbers 1, 13, 15, 23, and 25, form a notable group.
