Description

No 38 High Street, which includes No 1 Belmont Terrace, is a late 18th century building. It is two stories high and features three flush frame sash windows with glazing bars on each floor. The exterior is finished in stucco, with a plinth and a slate roof. The eaves have a soffit, and there is an entrance with a fanlight. To the right, there is an archway that leads to Belmont Terrace at the rear, with No 1 Belmont Terrace being the right-hand side of the three-window range. Nos 38 to 62 (even) form a group.
