Description

Marwood House is a two-storey stone building dating from 1619, constructed by the son of Queen Elizabeth's physician. It features a projecting central porch wing, a stone cornice, and a parapet. The building has three- and four-light stone windows, with mainly new casements. The entrance boasts original four-centred arches and a panelled door. The roof is covered with slate.
