Description

The premises of H Rendell and Son is a cottage with shop premises dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of rendered cob and stone rubble and features a half hipped thatched roof. The building has two storeys and consists of three bays. The left-hand side has a projecting wing with a hipped roof and sash windows that include glazing bars, while the remainder of the building has small casement windows. The right-hand side has two modern outbuilt ground floor bays with a shop front and a plank door. There is a modern brick chimney stack located off centre.
