TAWSTOCK HARRACOTT SS 52 NE 4/72 Signpost Cottage -

GV II

Cottage. C18. Rendered stone and cob. Thatch roof with gable ends. 2 lateral rear brick stacks. 2-room plan, with direct entry to right-hand room, staircase to right-hand side of room to left. Former outbuilding converted to form part of dwelling attached at right angles to left end and extending to rear forming overall L-shaped plan. 2 storeys. 2 window range. 2-light casements, 6 panes per light on each floor flanking plank door with thatched roof to porch. C20 extension to rear. C19 internal joinery mainly intact. C18 roof structure with waney common rafters and pegged trusses.
