Description
East Stowford Cottage is an 18th-century cottage constructed of rendered stone and cob, topped with a thatched roof that is hipped at the right end and features eyebrow eaves. There are brick stacks located at the front left corner and at the right end towards the rear. The cottage has a two-room plan and stands one and a half storeys tall, with a two-window range that allows the thatch roof to sweep up over the first-floor windows. A central thatched porch is present, and the cottage has 20th-century windows. Additionally, there is a lean-to structure at the right end.
