Description

Sidmouth Steam Laundry Ltd is an old two-storey thatched cob cottage, possibly dating from the 17th century. It features a hipped gable facing High Street. The first floor has a two-light wood casement window, while the ground floor has a new shop window that is glazed in an early 19th-century style. As of 1973, this is the only remaining old cottage on High Street.
