Description

Clovelly House is a late 18th-century building of three storeys and two windows, originally stuccoed. A parapet with coping hides a mansard roof. The original sash windows have been replaced with transomed two-light casements, featuring pointed panes in the upper lights, set in original flush frames. A recessed door of six flush panels, with four glazed panels, is set within a doorcase featuring a dentil pediment supported by shaped brackets. The building forms a group with the premises occupied by “Skinners” and “P Kendell-Torry”.
