GRAFTON MARTEN SU 26 SE (east side) 5/45 Lavender Cottage II Cottage. C17. Timber framed with colourwashed brick noggings and thatched roof. Single-storey and attic. Two-3 bays. Entrance into right bay; boarded door under thatched canopy. Framing 3 panels high. Leaded windows. Stack between 2nd and 3rd bays. Roof hipped and extended over left end extension. Lean-to at rear. Interior with chamfered ceiling beams and exposed joists. Chamfered fireplace beam.
